Hello, my name is Tara Howes. My passion lies in finding clarity in the complex and I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, creativity and behavioural science.

I am a researcher and strategist interested in discovering behavioural-centred insights that find direction, clarity and inspiration. As a Business Director at TRA, a behaviour change agency based in Sydney, I lead multidisciplinary projects that create actionable strategies based in behavioural science.

Previously, I was a Senior Consultant at research agency The Behavioural Architects and a Strategist at Colenso BBDO, an award-winning creative agency. During my time at Colenso BBDO I was a voluntary member of the Commercial Communications Council young leadership group, First Five Rungs.

I graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Marketing and Advertising Creativity. I was the recipient of the Auckland University of Technology Vice Chancellor's Academic Excellence Scholarship.
